We also encourage our customers to help their favourite charities by running jewellery sales where a percentage of the profits go to a nominated charity.
Miglio itself supports The Homestead, a charity for south african street children. The Homestead offers a continuum of projects, both on and off the streets, which address the needs of street children and their families and through which the children can grow towards competence and self-confidence in their lives.
Bracelets like these are made by adult family members of the street children in an effort to earn income to put back into their homes and get their children off the streets.
